Here is an example of our operating model:
This is an example of what we normally do at a regular house with wooden exterior. Each project, however, is unique so we tailor our operating model based on the customers needs.
1. Protection | Windows, exterior features not included in the contract, and other at risk objects are all covered and protected. |
2. Before the paint | 1. All surfaces are cleaned from debris by scrubbing them with soap and water. 2. Chipped and loose paint will be removed from wooden panels. |
3. Paint | One or two coats of paint on all wooden surfaces on the exterior of the house. Wooden parts that need to be scraped from chipping paint and are bare will be painted twice. |
4. Conclusion | The worksite will be cleaned from garbage and other debris. Afterwards, a final inspection takes place with the customer and the final inspection report will be filled out. |
5. Materials | All required materials such as the paint and tools are included in the contract |
6. Timetable | We always try to be flexible with our timetables and listen to the customer and try to find a time that works for us as well as the customer. |
